Returns and Adjustments

When Orders can be Returned

Returns must be initiated by contacting us by phone, text message, or email within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the items, as determined by the package tracking. The date of shipment will not count against the seven days.

We accept returns, issue refunds, or make other adjustments only for Cause. “Cause” includes, but is not limited to:

  • The item received by the buyer was not the item that was ordered. This does not include variances in packaging made by the manufacturer.
  • The item received was damaged prior to entering the shipping system, usually USPS. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping service; however we recommend you contact us to assist in the recovery of costs.
  • The item was materially misrepresented in the product listing. This does not include variances in color or appearance pursuant to our Legal and Disclaimers page.

We recommend that you contact us immediately if you discover a problem with your order. We will work with you to find the best reasonable and mutually-agreeable solution.

How to Return an Order

First, contact us for a return approval. We will not accept returns without prior notification and approval.

Once we have approved a return, and the return was for “Cause” as described above, we will transmit a postage-guaranteed return label to you. If possible, please use the original shipping container, placing the return label over the original label. When we receive the item(s) in the condition in which originally shipped, we will issue a full refund.

If the return was not for “Cause” but nevertheless approved by us, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If possible, please use the original shipping container, placing your label over the original label. When we receive the item(s) in the condition in which originally shipped, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) returned but not for any shipping charges paid at purchase.

Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds are made according to our prior agreement with the buyer the same day as received in return. All refunds are made to the buyer’s original method of payment and are made in United States dollars. “Refunds” includes partial refunds and other adjustments to the purchase price.
